Here's what I'm all about...

For the past 7 years I’ve conducted real estate closings. I’ve seen real estate agents, lenders, sellers, buyers, investors, etc. sit around the closing table and make money hand over fist. I’ve seen behind the curtain and I know how they make their money.

The Story

I’ve always had the entrepreneurial bug.

I obtained my undergrad degree in business management, but learned more by running my own business during college than what I was taught in the classroom! The summer of my Junior year I painted 42 houses with the goal at the end of the summer to buy a TV and an engagement ring. I did both, outperforming my competitors in the process.

After graduation I got married and went to law school.

At that time law school was where people went to hide from a poor job market, the prospects upon graduation where slim, and so I hung a shingle.

The real estate market did nothing but grow from the day I graduated law school; I quickly obtained my real estate license, began performing real estate closings, flipping houses, and I paid off over $70,000 in student loans in 2.5 years.

I went on to create my own title and escrow company, moving millions in escrow per month. This ended up being one of the worst decisions of my life. The demands on me to keep that machine running was more than I could take, and more than my wife could handle. My wife left me, and I emotionally no longer had it in me to keep things running; I was kicked out of my own company and it was shut down.

This was the lowest point in my life.

Time and the Lord heal all wounds, and eventually I collected myself, remembered my worth, and began to approach the world with a new outlook and better resources than I had before.

So here I am- I want to help you make the kind of money you need to take care of your family, and to learn how to do so without the cost of experiencing many of the mistakes that I have made.
